Conservation Commission · Meeting of July 8, 2026

Wilmington's Conservation Commission ratified two enforcement orders and extended a wetland filing deadline at its July 8 meeting. Commission Chair Jean Marie Cole presided as commissioners voted unanimously to require unauthorized fill removal at 5 Wabash Road and bridge removal and area restoration at 50 and 52 Aldrich Road. Conservation Agent Cameron Lynch reported the orders address unauthorized work on those properties.

The commission extended the Notice of Intent filing deadline to September for 36 Shady Lane Drive after the homeowner hired a wetland scientist, and voted unanimously to continue a public hearing for 11 Sprucewood Road to August 5.
