The town did not detail the specific concepts under review or next steps in the notice, but comments submitted through Tuesday will factor into how planners refine the proposal.

Separately, the town has lowered flags at municipal buildings in honor of U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, according to a notice posted this week on the town's website.
